Did your purchase tracking survive Shopify's Thank You page change?
Since 26 August 2026, scripts on the Thank You page no longer run for most stores. The free scan shows which tracking is configured on your store and where. Proving that purchases are recorded correctly takes one real order, and we do that together.
Configured is not fired. Fired is not recorded.
Most tools stop at “a pixel is installed”. A pixel can be installed twice and still count once, or installed once and never reach Meta. We separate the three.
Configured
Free scan
Which pixels and tags are installed, and where: Shopify apps, custom pixels, theme code and Tag Manager.
Fired
Verification
What your store actually sends to Meta, GA4 and Google Ads during one real order, including event IDs.
Recorded
Verification
What each platform shows for that same order, compared with your Shopify order.
Fixed prices
The scan is free. For repairs, we write down the acceptance test before starting, and the final balance is due only if it passes.

Questions
What does the free scan do?
It reads your robots.txt, your home page, one product page and your public Google Tag Manager file: about six requests, spaced out. It lists every tracking ID it finds and where each one is installed. It doesn't run your pages in a browser, doesn't add to cart and never places orders. About the bot.
What can't the free scan see?
Checkout, the Thank You page, events sent from Shopify's servers (such as the Meta Conversions API), pixels Shopify has paused, and what each platform finally recorded. That's what the verification covers.
How does the verification work?
You place one low-value real order (refunded afterwards) while we watch together on a screen share, or you send a recording from your browser. We check what Meta, GA4 and Google Ads received for it. We don't turn on test mode on a live store.
What access do you need?
For verification, none: you share your screen. For a repair, a Shopify collaborator request you approve and can remove, plus the lowest roles in Meta, GA4 and Google Ads that let me work. Never passwords.
Who does the work?
I'm Mohanad Elhag, a frontend engineer who builds e-commerce storefronts. I do every verification and repair myself.
How do I pay?
By invoice: Wise or bank transfer.
